These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts sitting in Alaminos City, Lingayen or the national courts in Manila to resolve any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions contain the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. The failure or delay of RCHi to exercise any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions or upon any breach of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach.

If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCHi, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and assigns, from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site.

RCHi may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions and other notices contained herein by updating this posting. You are bound by such revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms and Conditions.
